Job summary

Thryv, Bristol, TN, is seeking an Outside Software Account Rep to expand Thryv’s footprint with existing software clients and win new SaaS business. You will call on clients, present opportunities, and drive quota with a strong field component.

You’ll travel as needed, work in a remote-friendly capacity, and partner with marketing and product teams to communicate solutions and grow the SaaS client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (preferably SaaS)
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle)
• Industry knowledge with understanding of Thryv product suite
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication; high EI
• Time and organization skills to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Strong MS Office skills and quick learning of new programs
• 50% driving requirement with valid driver’s license
• Must live within 1-hour commute of job location

Responsibilities

• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients via self-generated prospecting and company programs.
• Executes defined operational processes and requirements with excellence.
• Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
