Job summary

Thryv, Inc. is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Olympia, WA who will grow local SaaS clients by prospecting, building a personal pipeline, and managing opportunities to meet quotas.

The role requires extensive travel outside the home office and a remote-first work setup. You will develop product knowledge across Thryv’s SaaS suite, engage with business owners, and collaborate with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably SaaS.
• 2+ years in outbound sales with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of posting city and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from scratch.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Educate prospects through the buyer’s journey and coordinate with marketing/tech teams.
