Job summary

NextGear Capital, a Cox Automotive company, is seeking a Field Service Analyst to perform on-site audits, assess dealer risk, and support Operations with client-facing activities. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, risk-based decisions, and collaboration with Risk and Senior Leadership.

Travel is required across the assigned territory; strong customer service and ability to handle challenging field environments are essential. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field and up to 2 years in auto industry or related field
• 1-2 years audit/inspection experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with dealers on-site to perform a comprehensive risk assessment
• Investigate, observe, and document dealership processes to identify risks
• Inspect collateral through lot and title audits to determine equity and health for underwriting
• Verify inventory in market share conversion of $500,000+ to mitigate risk and grow portfolio
• Present findings to the dealer and advise next steps like contract education and documentation collection
• Assist Recovery team with repossessions and collateral transport and monitor funding receivables
