You will support the Operations team, delivering written and verbal findings to Operations, Risk, and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; may have 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 1-2 years audit/inspection experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willing to travel regionally on short notice ~75% of the time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits and assess risk for NextGear Capital’s Risk organization.
• Support client-facing Operations team managing dealer accounts.
• Deliver findings in written, visual, and verbal forms to Operations, Risk, and Senior Leadership.
• Interact with clients to resolve outstanding audit items.
• Assist Recovery team with repossessions and collateral management.
