Job summary

NextGear Capital, a Cox Automotive company, hires a Field Service Analyst to conduct physical audits and support the Risk organization and client-facing Operations team in managing dealer accounts.

You will assess dealer health through inventory and financial audits, interact with dealers, and report findings to Operations, Risk, and Senior Leadership. Travel up to 75% within the Winston-Salem area and surrounding counties is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field required.
• 1–2 years audit/inspection experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel regionally on short notice up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• On-site visits to dealer locations to assess risk and perform audits.
• Investigate, observe, document dealership processes and identify risks.
• Inspect collateral through lot and title audits to determine equity and health for underwriting.
