Job summary

NextGear Capital, a Cox Automotive company, is seeking a Field Service Analyst to conduct on-site risk assessments and dealer audits across assigned territories. You will analyze financial and inventory data, document findings, and interact with clients to resolve audit items while coordinating with Operations and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field with 2+ years in auto industry or related field.
• 1–2 years audit/inspection experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• On-site visits with dealers to conduct risk assessments and comprehensive audits.
• Investigate, observe, and document dealership processes to identify risks.
• Inspect collateral through lot and title audits to determine dealer’s equity and health for underwriting.
• Verify inventory in market share conversion of $500,000+ to mitigate risk and grow portfolio.
• Present findings to dealer and take steps such as re-educating on contracts, reviewing trends, and collecting documentation.
• Assist Recovery team with repossessions by collecting keys, securing collateral, and coordinating transport to auction.
