Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring a Field Service Analyst for NextGear Capital. The role conducts on-site inventories and financial audits to assess risk and protect dealer portfolios, while supporting the client-facing Operations team.

You will interact with dealers to resolve audit items and communicate findings to Risk and Leadership. Candidates should have 1–2 years of audit/inspection experience, a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, and be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years audit/inspection experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with dealers to perform comprehensive risk assessments.
• Investigate dealership processes, document practices, and identify risks.
• Inspect collateral, verify inventory, and assess equity for underwriting purposes.
• Present findings and guide next steps with dealers and collections as needed.
