Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business related field, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of neuroscience field experience in account management, payer account management, and/or field-based account access and reimbursement.
• Thorough understanding of payer policy processes, criteria and documentation for coverage, coding, prior authorization, and appeals.
• Understanding of rules, regulations and risks related to reimbursement support services.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial and governmental payer access dynamics.
• Strong understanding of access and reimbursement support service centers and compliant interaction.
• Proven territory/account management experience, preferably in neurology.
• Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements for assigned facilities and organizations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
• Experience developing approved resources and educating others on payer processes and coverage requirements.
• Leadership experience at national level.

Responsabilidades

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools and services.
• Educate HCPs via approved resources to address access issues.
• Be a subject matter expert on payer policies for education of providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, market access, and patient services to update Rx status and program eligibility.
• Identify and report payer trends to Patient Services and market access teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers in the FRM territory and prioritize travel and activity.
• Stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
• Incorporate approved resources and data to support HCP education initiatives.
