You will engage with healthcare providers, administrators, and leadership to navigate prior authorizations, billing, and claims processes while supporting patient access

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of proven success in a health care related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Payer/insurance coverage experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial and Medicaid plans is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including in-person and virtual presentations.
• Willingness to travel and cover territory as needed.

Aufgaben

• Educate on fundamentals of Botox reimbursement, payer landscape, and need-based tools.
• Identify access barriers and provide actionable insights to improve patient access.
• Monitor and update on regional and national payers and policies.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams as a liaison.
• Engage accounts with tools like HUB services and patient savings programs.
• Deliver conversations that may include challenging information with professionalism.
