Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of neuroscience-related field sales/account experience.
• Strong knowledge of payer policies, coverage, and prior authorization processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and building compliant education resources.
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements and maintain credentials.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on patient access programs, reimbursement tools, and services.
• Serve as a payer policy SME to advise providers on requirements for coverage and authorization.
• Collaborate with sales, market access, patient service, and reimbursement teams to coordinate programs.
• Identify payer trends and report insights to access and account management teams.
• Travel extensively to build relationships across the FRM territory and stay current on policy activity.
