Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefit design, coding, and appeals processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with payer knowledge.
• Ability to navigate complex access scenarios and educate providers.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with field support, sales, and account teams for access.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment within FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Travel on-site with healthcare providers up to 50% to 75% of the time.
• Develop territory business plans and stay current on market dynamics.
