Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Denver, CO territory. The role focuses on education, access, and reimbursement for HCPs, with significant on-site engagement. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and PECS to enable payer access and patient support.

This position requires strong knowledge of reimbursement processes, payer policies, and data-driven problem solving. Travel up to 75% is expected to support providers and hospitals in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Experience in account management and reimbursement processes.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support teams.
• Utilize data to proactively address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues with urgency for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Stay updated on coverage and coding requirements.
