Job summary

The FRM will spend significant time on-site with HCPs, coordinate with multi-stakeholder teams, and navigate complex payer policies to enable treatment adoption. 75% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare/business; MBA/MPH optional.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in account management or reimbursement.
• Experience with pharmacy/medical benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and payer processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient support.
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and planning.
