Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement or managed care.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy & bill.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payers.
• Collaborate with field support such as sales reps and account managers; serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support.
• Use data and account management to address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access education and problem-solving.
• Build relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and business planning.
• Stay updated on coverage and coding across payers and regions.
• Educate on hub and specialty distribution related to patient support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to share education and insights.
