Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Miami, FL territory, covering Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach & Boca Raton. The role focuses on education, access facilitation, and issue resolution with healthcare providers to improve patient access to Janssen therapies.

The FRM will spend significant time on-site with providers, building strong relationships and leading negotiations on reimbursement pathways, coding, and claims processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration). An advanced business degree (MBA), or public health (MPH) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in the provider office setting.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorizations, office operations, and appeals).

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient access.
• Address critical access and affordability issues with urgency and accountability.
• Work with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers across accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Stay updated on market dynamics: coverage, coding, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, medical science, and PECS on education and insights.
