Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Indianapolis, IN territory, covering surrounding areas. This role educates healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, assists with access challenges, and collaborates with sales, marketing, and PECS teams to ensure patient access to therapies.

The FRM will spend significant time on-site with HCPs, gather education needs, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address payer and coverage issues,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration is required or preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or managed care.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, submissions, and payer requirements.
Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
Address access barriers using data and proactive problem-solving.
Travel up to 75% to support territory needs.
