Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (healthcare or business/public administration) required; MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in a provider office setting.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and planning.
• Maintain knowledge of payer policies, coverage, and market dynamics.
