Job summary

The role requires on-site activity with up to 75% travel and strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and medical affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration required or preferred.
• MBA or MPH preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with reimbursement, payer & provider processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support to address access and fulfillment.
• Lead discussions on access strategies with the field team and payers.
• Proactively address access barriers and optimize patient outcomes.
• Build trust-based relationships and manage territory logistics.
