Whizz Inc. seeks a Field Recovery Agent to collect overdue e-bikes and engage debtors in San Francisco. You will work with our collections and operations teams to recover assets and maintain records.

The role requires independent fieldwork across the city and CA with flexible scheduling under a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.

Responsabilités

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve e-bikes from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Work in various parts of San Francisco, CA, with day trips within the state and to other cities.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

At Whizz, we want to change the delivery business for the better by offering electric bikes to delivery drivers. Our goal is to make transportation for delivery riders as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering top-quality service to their customers. As a Field Recovery Agent in San Francisco, you keep our fleet where it belongs - recovering e-bikes from overdue accounts, communicating confidently with debtors, and working hand in hand with our collections and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve e-bikes from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Work in various parts of San Francisco, CA, with day trips within the state and to other cities.

Requirements

Preferred

• 1+ year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement, military, or security experience is strongly preferred.
