Job summary

Whizz is seeking a Field Recovery Agent in Chicago, IL on a 1099 full-time basis. You will perform recovery trips for electric bicycles, discuss outstanding balances with debtors, and document actions using CRM, Notion, and Google Sheets/Excel. A car is preferred for bike transport, and willingness to travel across Chicago and other cities is required.

Preferred candidates include former or retired law enforcement or security personnel with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of security or related field experience.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of Chicago, IL, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of Chicago, IL, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Type of Employment

1099 contract

Pay

$20-$22 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume. Gas and toll compensation.
