Job summary

Whizz is seeking a Field Recovery Agent in San Francisco, CA, under a 1099 contract. You will conduct round trips to recover electric bicycles and mopeds, while communicating with debtors about balances and coordinating with law enforcement when needed.

The role requires security-related experience, strong multitasking, and the ability to travel across San Francisco and other cities for day trips. CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion are used for task management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Travel within San Francisco, CA, and to other cities for day trips.

Professional Background (Preferred): Former or retired law enforcement, military, or security experience preferred.

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers
• Willingness to work in various parts of San Francisco, CA, travel within the state and other cities for day trips

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred

Benefits

Type of Employment: 1099 contract

Pay: $25 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume.
