Job summary

WHIZZ is hiring a Field Recovery Agent in Philadelphia, PA. This 1099 contract role requires traveling to various areas to recover electric bicycles and mopeds, with duties including debtor communications and CRM/Notion task management.

Preferred background includes former or current security/military experience, strong multitasking, car ownership, and ability to engage with debtors and law enforcement. Gas/toll compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas.
• Car ownership and willingness to use it for the job.
• Ability to communicate effectively with debtors and law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors.
• Communicate confidently with debtors about outstanding balances and recoveries.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and delinquent customers when needed.
• Travel across Philadelphia and other cities for day trips.
• Work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of Philadelphia, PA, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Type of Employment: 1099 contract

Pay: $20-$22 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume. Gas and toll compensation.
