Whizz Inc. is seeking a Field Recovery Agent to operate in the Chicago area, recovering e-bikes from overdue accounts and coordinating with our collections and operations teams.

You will travel within Chicago and surrounding areas, communicate with debtors, and document each recovery in our CRM and spreadsheets. Experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, and a 1099 contract with a flexible field schedule is offered.

• Work in various parts of Chicago, IL, with day trips within the state and to other cities.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

Our goal is to make transportation for delivery riders as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering top-quality service to their customers. As a Field Recovery Agent in Chicago, you keep our fleet where it belongs - recovering e-bikes from overdue accounts, communicating confidently with debtors, and working hand in hand with our collections and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve e-bikes from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Work in various parts of Chicago, IL, with day trips within the state and to other cities.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.

Preferred

• 1+ year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement, military, or security experience is strongly preferred.
