Job summary

Whizz Inc. is seeking a Field Recovery Agent in Washington, DC to recover e-bikes from overdue accounts and engage with debtors. You will collaborate with collections and operations teams to keep the fleet in good standing and ensure timely recoveries.

The role requires driving to various locations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. This is a 1099 contract position with a flexible field schedule and the potential for higher pay as recovery volume grows.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.
• 1+ year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement, military, or security experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve e-bikes from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Work in various parts of Washington, DC, with day trips within the state and to other cities.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

Our goal is to make transportation for delivery riders as seamless and hassle‑free as possible, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering top-quality service to their customers. As a Field Recovery Agent in Washington, you keep our fleet where it belongs — recovering e-bikes from overdue accounts, communicating confidently with debtors, and working hand in hand with our collections and operations teams.
