Job summary

Whizz Inc. is seeking a Field Recovery Agent in San Francisco, CA, to recover electric bicycles from debtors. You will interact with debtors to discuss balances and coordinate collections, using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion to track tasks. The role requires 1 year in security or related fields and willingness to travel within California.

Salary starts at $25/hour with pay per successful recovery and additional volume-based pay. Gas and tolls are reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within San Francisco, CA, and day trips to other cities.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Field Recovery Agent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of San Francisco, CA, travel within the state and other cities for day trips.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Type of Employment: 1099 contract

Pay: $25 per hour. Payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume.
