Job summary

Whizz Inc is seeking a Field Recovery Agent in Philadelphia to recover e-bikes from overdue accounts and coordinate with collections and operations teams.

You will drive in the Philadelphia area, communicate confidently with debtors, and document activity in CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible field scheduling and growth opportunities based on recovery volume.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve e-bikes from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Work in various parts of Philadelphia, PA, with day trips within the state and to other cities.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

Our goal is to make transportation for delivery riders as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering top-quality service to their customers. As a Field Recovery Agent in Philadelphia, you keep our fleet where it belongs — recovering e-bikes from overdue accounts, communicating confidently with debtors, and working hand in hand with our collections and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve e-bikes from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Work in various parts of Philadelphia, PA, with day trips within the state and to other cities.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.

Preferred

• 1+ year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement, military, or security experience is strongly preferred.
