Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, startup/check-out, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will supervise field staff and subcontractors, coordinate with the project team, and ensure work aligns with contract scope, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or trade schooling related to electrical, mechanical, or building systems.
• Experience in field installation, programming, and startup of fire, security, or building automation systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings and document project progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management for timely, within-budget project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal staff to deliver on contract scope.
• Mentor and coach field staff; direct work assignments and schedules.
• Ensure quality installations per codes and company standards.
• Assist in risk identification and cost/delivery optimization.
