Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, start-up, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will coordinate with the project team to align with contract scope, budget, and schedules, while delivering world-class service and support to customers.

You will supervise field personnel, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to codes, standards, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant field experience preferred.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management of projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Supervise field staff and subcontractors; mentor and develop team members.
• Coordinate with project coordinator to plan installation and procedures.
• Ensure installation quality per codes and company standards.
