Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, start-up, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will ensure execution within contract scope, budget, and schedule while collaborating with the project team.

You will oversee field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and help drive quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service delivery experience.
• Strong supervision and field installation experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management for on-time completion within budget and scope.
• Manages project teams including subcontractors and installers.
• Coordinates with project coordinator for installation plans and procedures.
• Ensures quality installation per codes and company standards.
• Provides technical support and training to customers as needed.
