Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, startup, certification and customer training on fire, security, and building automation projects. You will collaborate with the project team to ensure work is completed within contract scope, budget and schedule.

The role requires strong field supervision, blueprints literacy, and a commitment to safety and quality. Occasional travel and a dynamic culture support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing field installation projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Strong customer-focused communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management for timely project completion within budget and scope.
• Supervises technicians, installers and subcontractors on site.
• Ensures installation quality per codes and company standards.
• Coordinates with project coordinator for planning and changes to scope.
