Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager in Utah. You will oversee site management, installation, programming, startup and training on fire, security, and building automation projects while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.

You will lead field personnel and subcontractors, coordinate with the Project Coordinator, and uphold high quality and safety standards across projects for our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Strong field supervision skills with installation experience in building automation or fire/life-safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings and coordinate complex projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and internal project teams to meet scope and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management for project completion within budget and scope.
• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services building systems as required.
• Mentors and directs field personnel and subcontractors to achieve quality outcomes.
