Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, system start-up and training on fire, security, and/or building automation projects. You will collaborate with the project team to meet contract scope, budget and schedule, while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing field projects from start to finish in electrical, fire, life safety or building automation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-focused
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion within budget and scope
• Prepares project installation plan and implements job procedures
• Supervises field personnel and subcontractors; mentors and directs work
• Coordinates subcontractors and ensures quality assurance standards
• Assists in coordination of projects and recommends scope changes to improve customer satisfaction
