Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school training preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent; additional IT certifications a plus.

Aufgaben

• Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently.
• Performs on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment and printers; installs/ de-installs and configures networks.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily; manage territory work volume and maintain customer communication.
• Occasionally travel outside the local area for training.
• Communicate with management on customer or field issues and complete training classes effectively.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for designated territory; train customers on printing, scanning, copying functions.
