Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Production Systems Technician to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM production printers and related devices. The role involves traveling to customer sites daily and occasionally for training, with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective servicing of production equipment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, technical school training preferred, and 1–2 years of related technical experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical school preferred.
• 1–2 years of technical/repair experience with business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent; additional IT certs a plus.
• Proficient with printing from common business applications and graphics programs.
• Familiar with Windows and MAC OS client/server environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and support for KM Production, Color production, MFPs, and printers.
• Install/de-install equipment; configure networking; update firmware.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily; manage territory workload and customer satisfaction.
• Provide sales support by advising on service leads and problem accounts.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for the territory.
