Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Production Systems Specialist to service customers across the local territory. The role involves on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for KM print systems, color production, and associated printers.

You will train customers, manage parts and inventory, and support sales teams as needed. The ideal candidate will travel to client sites daily, handle installations, network troubleshooting, and firmware upgrades while maintaining strong

Qualificações

• Must have electrical/mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
• Experience with printing from common business apps and knowledge of drivers/printing protocols.
• Proficient with Windows and Mac OS clients and basic networking concepts.
• Good time management; ability to prioritize and meet metrics.
• Professional appearance and clear written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork and collaboration with sales and service teams.
• Knowledge of inventory control and parts budgeting.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; capable of creating deployment guides.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer support for KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment, and printers.
• Travel locally to customer sites; manage territory workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Install/de-install equipment, troubleshoot networking issues, and perform firmware upgrades.
• Train customers on basic printing/scanning functions and provide usage guidance.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for the territory and complete timesheets/expense reports.
• Provide sales support as needed and escalate issues to management.
