Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school training preferred.
• 1-2 years of technical/repair experience.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent.
• Additional IT certifications or training a plus.
• Electrical/mechanical aptitude required.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications.
• Microsoft Windows and Mac OS client environments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Professional appearance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
• Install/ de-install equipment and troubleshoot networking issues.
• Travel locally to customer sites; manage territory.
• Train customers on basic printing/scanning functions.
• Maintain ASL truck inventory.
• Provide sales support as required.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports.
