Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Production Systems Professional to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM Production and related printers. The role involves equipment installs, network troubleshooting, driver loading, and firmware upgrades for on-site deployments.

Travel locally to customer sites daily, manage territory workload, and occasionally travel for training. You will train customers on printing functions and provide timely timesheets, expense reports,

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent; additional IT certifications are a plus.
• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications and graphics programs.
• Microsoft OS peer to peer and MAC OS client side environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform full on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment and printers; install/de-install equipment and troubleshoot networking (Printing/Scanning) on Windows/Mac OS; load drivers and upgrade firmware.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily; manage territory workload and maintain customer communication.
• Occasionally travel outside local area for training; provide remote support via remote access software.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions; maintain accurate timesheets and expense reports.
• Provide sales support as needed by advising on problems accounts and service leads.
