Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Field Product Advisor to support our Florida operations. You will provide expert technical support, training, and field service collaboration to accelerate product adoption and reinforce quality.

In this role, you will travel up to 50%, lead on-site and remote training, and liaise with Sales, Warranty, and Engineering teams to ensure best practices and customer satisfaction. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, product training, or field service within manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience collaborating with third-party service providers.
• Travel up to 50% depending on region and events.
• Preferred: pool equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades; bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support with Sales, Warranty, and Training leadership.
• Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations, distributor branches, regional events, and trade shows.
• Support product launches by field validation, warranty readiness, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and manage relationships with third party service partners, ensuring Pentair standards.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Training & Education.
• Gather and share actionable insights from the field to improve training content and product updates.
