Job summary
Pentair is seeking a Field Product Advisor to join our Salt Lake City team. You will deliver expert-level technical support and training in collaboration with Sales, Warranty, and Training Leadership.
The role focuses on managing technical relationships, field education, and applying product knowledge and installation best practices. You will travel up to 50% and work with third-party partners to reinforce product performance, reporting to the Regional Technical Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical support, product training or field service in an industrial setting.
- Ability to manage third-party service providers and partner networks.
- Travel up to 50% depending on region and activity.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support with sales and warranty teams.
- Lead product training and live demonstrations at customer sites and events.
- Support product launches with field validation and warranty readiness.
- Build relationships with third-party service partners.
- Serve as field liaison among sales, product management, support and education.
- Share field insights to improve training content and product updates.
