Pentair is seeking a Field Product Advisor to join our South Jersey team. You will deliver expert-level product knowledge and technical support, collaborating with Sales, Warranty, regional partners, and Training Leadership to ensure accurate field guidance and strong customer confidence.

The role requires traveling up to 50% across the region, delivering training, supporting product launches, and building relationships with third-party service providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, product training, or field service within a manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with third-party service providers.
• Travel required up to 50% depending on region and event activity.
• Preferred: background in pool equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades, bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support in partnership with Sales, Warranty, Support, and Regional Technical Supervisors, ensuring timely and accurate field guidance.
• Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations, distributor branches, regional training events, and trade shows, supporting national training governance standards.
• Support product launches by assisting with field validation, warranty readiness, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and manage relationships with third party service partners, reinforcing product performance and adhering to Pentair standards.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Training & Education
• Gather and share actionable insights from the field to improve training content, warranty analysis, and product updates.
