Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Field Product Advisor to join our Fort Myers, FL team. You will deliver expert-level product knowledge and technical support, collaborating with Sales, Warranty, Regional Support Partners, and Training Leadership.

This role reports to the Regional Technical Supervisor and strengthens customer confidence while accelerating product adoption. The position involves in-field education, product launches support, and ensuring installation best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, product training, or field service.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work with third-party partners.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate product training and live demos at customer sites and events.
• Support product launches via field validation and warranty readiness.
• Build and manage relationships with third-party service partners.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Mgmt, Support, and Training.
• Share actionable field insights to improve training and product updates.
