Pentair is seeking a Field Product Advisor to join our Salt Lake City team. You will deliver expert-level product knowledge and technical support in collaboration with Sales, Warranty, Regional Support Partners, and Training Leadership, and you will engage with customers in the field.

The role requires traveling up to 50% and building strong relationships with distributors and service partners while driving training, field validation, and product launches to ensure quality and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, product training or field service
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience coordinating with third-party providers
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual technical support with cross-functional teams
• Deliver product training and live demonstrations at customer sites and events
• Assist with product launches, field validation, and warranty readiness
• Build relationships with service partners and ensure adherence to standards
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Training
• Share field insights to improve training and product updates
