Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Field Product Advisor to join our team. You will deliver expert-level products and technical support, collaborating with Sales, Warranty, and Training Leadership to strengthen customer confidence and drive adoption.

This role emphasizes in-field education, installation best practices, and cross-functional communication. Based in Vancouver, BC with travel up to 50%, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, product training, or field service within manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support in partnership with Sales, Warranty, Regional Support Partners, and Training Leadership.
• Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations, distributor branches, regional training events, and trade shows.
• Support product launches with field validation, warranty readiness, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and manage relationships with third party service partners, reinforcing product performance and adherence to Pentair standards.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Training & Education.
• Gather and share actionable insights from the field to improve training content and product updates.
