Job summary

Shift4 is seeking an outside sales account executive in the United States to drive merchant acquisition for Point of Sale solutions. You will prospect, present, and close deals while expanding the merchant base and revenue in your territory.

Join a fast-paced sales team, maintain a strong pipeline, and develop relationships with diverse merchants. Travel and field activities are expected as part of growth and market coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to initiate calls and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Capacity to close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with merchants to present Point of Sale and related services.
• Prospect via phone, in-person networking, and referrals.
• Assist existing clients with additional hardware, software, and services.
• Build relationships by listening to needs and resolving issues.
• Explain product value using laptop or POS device.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to upsell products/services.
• Develop new accounts and growth areas within territory.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies to grow market share.
• Sign new logos in assigned territory.
• Learn current products and industry updates.
