Qualifications

• Maintain required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within service level agreement.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.

Lifting and moving computer equipment up to 50 lbs
