Job summary

A leading technology service provider is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform troubleshooting and repairs for client products. This role involves direct client interaction to solve technical issues efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess technical school certification or equivalent, along with strong communication skills. The position may require traveling to client locations and includes customer service responsibilities. The ability to lift computer equipment and own a basic repair tool kit is necessary.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.

Skills

Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Education

Technical school certification or equivalent
