Job summary

A global technology services provider is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician in Colorado to assist clients with technical issues concerning desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, meeting service level agreements, and effectively communicating with clients. Ideal candidates should have a technical background and relevant certifications. This role may require travel to client locations, ensuring timely delivery of service and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.

Skills

Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Must own a basic repair tool kit

Education

Technical school certification or equivalent
