Job summary

A global technology services leader is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional in Columbia Township, Missouri. In this role, you will perform troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops while providing support to clients. The ideal candidate will have technical school certification or equivalent, along with the ability to communicate technical issues effectively. Previous experience in customer service is preferable. Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
