Job summary

A technology services leader is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform troubleshooting activities on desktops and laptops. Role includes providing technical assistance, customer support, and ensuring service delivery within established guidelines. Ideal candidates will have technical school certification and experience, with a strong emphasis on communication and customer interaction skills. Must be able to lift equipment and have a basic repair toolkit. This position is based in Centre County, State College.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within established service level agreements.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts.

Skills

Ability to communicate regarding technical issues

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Must own a basic repair tool kit

Education

Technical school certification or equivalent
