Job summary

Worldwide TechServices LLC in Maplewood, MO is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops, interacting with clients to address issues and respond timely.

You will provide on-site customer support, adhere to SLAs, complete administrative tasks, and report activity promptly while following safety policies and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus; ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow established policies for successful client delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies in daily work.
• Other duties as needed.
